About Fogón and Lions

At Fogón and Lions, our central feature is the open cooking space, highlighted by our traditional wood-burning kitchen, the Fogón. Here, our chefs craft bold, flavorful dishes over an open flame.

From distinctive steaks and seafood to ceviches and churrascos, and from cheeses and cured hams to tacos and whole roasted meats, our cuisine is a blend of authentic tradition and modern innovation, designed to delight today's discerning diner.
